Josh is an experienced political operative, working in the field for over half a decade before forming Excel Political Strategies. He started as a grassroots volunteer before shifting into a valuable employable asset for conservative Republican campaigns in the central Ohio area. 

He is currently pursuing a degree in Politics and Policy from Liberty University, and was a top graduate of the Leadership Institute's Youth Leadership School. 

Phineas is a political science student at the University of Dayton with a strong commitment to serving the diverse needs of local candidates throughout the Miami Valley and the state of Ohio. In addition to his work at Excel, Phineas brings years of experience in policy debate and research, offering an analytical, detail-oriented approach to help ensure every campaign’s success. He is a graduate of the Leadership Institute and the Mises Institute.
